Refund Policy
1. No Returns for Food Safety
For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept any returns of baked goods once they have left our bakery. All sales are final.
2. Quality Promise
If you ever receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
We may request a photo for quick resolution.
In such cases, we will gladly offer store credit equal to the amount paid for the affected item.
3. Pre-Orders & Cancellations
Pre-orders (custom cakes, pastries, breads, etc.) are baked especially for you.
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/delivery will receive store credit for the full amount paid.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery may not be eligible for store credit, as ingredients and labor have already been committed.
Store credit:
- Will be issued in the form of a code or note you can redeem on a future purchase.
- Must be used within 6 months of the issue date.
- Is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
