Organic Artisan Blueberry Sourdough Bread
To keep it delicious:
- Room temperature (1–2 days): Store in a paper bag or wrap in a clean cloth to allow air circulation. This keeps the crust from getting gummy while avoiding mold.
- Longer storage: Slice, wrap in parchment or food-safe wrap, and freeze in a sealed bag.
- Reheating tip: Warm in a 325–350°F (160–175°C) oven for 10–12 minutes to awaken flavors and crisp edges.
- Avoid refrigeration ❌ — it accelerates staling and can dull the flavor.Extra note: Because blueberries add moisture, enjoy fresh within 1–2 days or freeze promptly to preserve the crumb and prevent spoilage.
